Products Description
Foinbo® Bladder tank foam proportioning system is a reliable and commonly used setup in fire protection systems to mix foam concentrate with water at a precise ratio for effective firefighting-especially for flammable liquid fires. It is widely used in oil & gas facilities, chemical plants, aircraft hangars, and industrial fire protection applications.
Bladder Tank: Pressure-rated steel tank containing a flexible internal bladder (usually made of elastomer like butyl rubber). Water pressurizes the space between the tank wall and bladder. foam concentrate is stored inside the bladder.
Foam Concentrate: Stored inside the bladder and discharged under pressure when water enters the tank. Common types: AFFF, AR-AFFF, protein, or fluoroprotein foams.
Proportioner (Foam Ratio Controller or Inductor): A device installed in the water line that introduces foam concentrate into the water stream. Precisely meters foam to water in a specific ratio (e.g., 3% or 6%).
Water Supply: Typically from a fire pump or pressurized system. Provides the force to squeeze the bladder and discharge the foam concentrate.

Products Description
Q: What is a vertical foam bladder tank?
A: A vertical foam bladder tank is a type of storage tank used to store foam concentrate for firefighting purposes. It consists of a vertical cylindrical tank with an internal bladder that is used to separate the water from the foam concentrate.
Q: What is the purpose of a vertical foam bladder tank?
A: The purpose of a vertical foam bladder tank is to store foam concentrate in a controlled and ready-to-use manner for fire protection systems. When there is a fire, the foam concentrate is mixed with water and supplied to the fire suppression system to quickly and effectively extinguish the fire.
Q: How does a vertical foam bladder tank work?
A: In a vertical foam bladder tank, the foam concentrate is stored in the bladder while water is stored in the outer tank. When there is a fire, water pressure is used to squeeze the bladder and force the foam concentrate into the water stream, creating a foam solution that is then distributed to the fire suppression system.
Q: What are the benefits of using a vertical foam bladder tank?
A: Vertical foam bladder tanks are an efficient and reliable way to store foam concentrate for firefighting purposes. They are compact in size, easy to install, and cost-effective. Additionally, they provide quick and effective fire suppression capabilities when needed.
Q: Why we should use Foam Concentrate Bladder Tanks?
A: Regular maintenance and inspection of the vertical foam bladder tank are essential to ensure its proper functioning. This includes checking the pressure of the bladder, monitoring the foam concentrate levels, and conducting routine tests to ensure the system is working correctly. It is also important to follow the manufacturer's guidelines for maintenance and service.
