Production introduction
Foinbo® Venturi foam inductor (also named foam eductor, hose‑line foam proportioner) is a venturi‑based fire‑fighting proportioning device. It uses the Venturi effect to create a vacuum inside the pipeline when pressurized water flows through. This negative pressure siphons foam concentrate from a storage tank or foam bucket, mixes it automatically with water at a preset ratio (3% or 6%), and delivers foam solution to fire nozzles, foam monitors or fire hoses for flammable‑liquid fire suppression.

FAQ
Q: What is the Venturi working principle?
Pressurized water flows through the narrow throat of the inductor. The water velocity rises while static pressure drops sharply to form negative pressure. The vacuum draws foam concentrate from the foam bucket, and two liquids mix fully inside the chamber to form qualified foam solution for fire suppression.
Q: Does the foam inductor need an electric pump to deliver foam concentrate?
No. It works purely by water pressure. No electricity, drive motor or foam transfer pump is required, which makes it suitable for emergency mobile fire‑fighting operations.
Technical Specification & Configuration
Q: What standard mixing ratios are available?
Common options are fixed 3%, fixed 6%, or adjustable 3%‑6%. 3% matches general AFFF foam, and 6% applies to alcohol‑resistant AR‑AFFF foam for polar‑solvent fires.
Q: What nominal sizes do you supply?
Main sizes: DN50 (2 inch), DN65 (2.5 inch), DN80 (3 inch). Custom flow‑rate models are available on request.
