Balanced Pressure Proportioning System
The mechanical pump-in type proportioned mixing device is the latest product in the balanced proportioned mixing device series. It is mainly composed of a water turbine, a coupling, a foam liquid pump, a filter, a safety valve, control valves, pipes and accessories, etc. The water turbine and the foam liquid pump are connected through the coupling and fixed on the base, enabling overall transportation and installation. When the fire water flows through the mixing device, the water turbine rotates to drive the foam liquid pump to operate, extracting the foam liquid from the foam liquid tank and pressurizing it to pump it into the pipeline. Through the matching of the internal structural parameters of the water turbine and the foam liquid pump, the flow rates of water and foam liquid are balanced, achieving a fixed proportioned mixing. The mechanical pump-in type proportioned mixing device is small in size, occupies less space, has a fast action response, precise mixing ratio control, is driven by hydraulics without the need for external power sources, and is a superior-performing and technologically advanced proportioned mixing device.
